Cancellation and return policy

To make a reservation, a minimum payment of 30% of the total rental value must be made.

In case of cancellation of the reservation, the penalty will be 50% of the total value delivered as a reservation in case of missing 30 days or more until the date of the reservation; the penalty will be 80% of the total value delivered as a reservation, if there are between 16 and 30 days left; and finally, the penalty will be 100% of the total value delivered as a reservation, if there are less than 15 days left before the start date of the reserved rental.

In case of providing us to other landlords for the same period, dates and amount, and as long as they meet the requirements to be landlords, the full amount of the reservation will be refunded once the new landlords have made the payment.

In the event that due to force majeure, due to Covid, a confinement occurs that prevents the lessor from moving from his population and therefore not being able to pick up the Motorhome, the amount of the reservation will be returned in full. Once collected there will be no returns.

Any reservation cancellation request must be made by email addressed from the email account specified in the rental reservation addressed to hola@rimovan.com.
